“Duttons” phenomenon

I am pretty sure when they were creating the “Yellowstone” TV series, also the “1923” and “1883” as the chronological timeline of it, the prominent idea they had in mind was this: Let’s build a show and introduce a male character that has zero equivalent in real world!
